Team Lead - Luke Lim

Luke is a distinguished real estate agent and property manager. He brings along a decade of experience in the field, along with extensive knowledge of his region and a client-first mentality.

 Luke deeply recognizes the trust of his clients and always strives to exceed their expectations every day. He excels in everything around and about real estate and property management and focuses on utilizing his negotiating skills to the fullest to achieve a successful outcome.

As a true professional in his field and with love for his work, Luke takes care of the properties as if they are his own and takes pride in it. To ensure efficient service, Luke goes out of the way for each of his clients to cater to their specific requirements. More than that, he puts perseverance, integrity, patience, and creative service into every detail of real estate and property management transactions.

Before choosing to become a realtor, Luke graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Biology. In the past ten years of his career, Luke has become a highly regarded real estate agent and property manager. His clients do not only value him for his unwavering work ethic but his efforts are equally appreciated and looked up to by the professionals in his field.

Executive Assistant - Shane Lee

Shane has been in the real estate industry since 2019. He has been working under Luke and Stayairbnb, overseeing guest communications, maintenance repairs, and cleaning. 

WE aim to achieve client satisfaction by managing contractors, cleaners, handyman, and photographers, etc., in a timely manner to ensure the guests are comfortable and worry free.
